400G-DR4/FR4 CoC
The 400G-DR4/FR4 CoCs are 56GBd Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexer (CWDM) EML chip-on-carriers that operate within the O-Band spectrum, specifically at wavelengths of 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm. The EML CoCs can be applied to optical transceiver with CoB and BOX package.
